So here I am with another “start” of workout routines. I have to remind myself of where I came from and where I want to be. It does feel good when you workout on a regular basis. I remember when i used to be in the habbit of it, I would just be in full anticiaption of waking up the next morning at 5:30am to go work out. Maybe that was because I had two kids under the age of 4 and the only time I was for sure going to get out of the house that day was to work out and the fact that the gym was less than 5 minutes from my house helped as well. So now i have a gym home gym downstairs that someone gave us and have yet to use it. So I am officially back to working out! I want to get into shape. I don’t know how many pounds I want to lose because I don’t own a scale. I just know I have to get healthy for my family and get toned for myself and of course for my husband

So official day one of my workout:
20 minutes incline on treadmill
25 minutes floor (legs, arms, abs)
I feel great after that!
